The front turn signal halogen lights on the 9th gen accord are not very good, especially when they use the dim mode at night. They flash bright-dim rather than on-off, so they are hard to be discovered. Halogen bulbs have a very short heating time, so they are extremely inefficient. But LED bulbs will come on immediately upon start-up, light white when acting as parking light, and change to amber when you turn on your turn signal, making you more visible during turning.
