If you need to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the date of your order to do so. After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee may apply. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to support@auxito.com to request the return address for the product.
Please note that if the reason for the return is not due to an error on AUXITO's part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if we caused the mis-order, we will cover the postage costs for you to return the item to us. For quality and compatibility issues, please take a photo or video and send it to our customer service team.
Once you have shipped the item back to us, please email us the return tracking number so we can track your order and make sure you get a refund, exchange, or replacement. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within two business days of receiving the returned item.
To return an item and receive a refund or exchange, the steps are as follows.
1. Send an email to support@auxito.com to submit a request and get the return address for the appropriate product.
2. Send back the product, email us and update the return tracking number.
3. Receive a refund or exchange (Once the returned item is received, your refund/exchange will be sent within 2 business days.)
Please keep in mind that AUXITO.com will not accept returns that have not been approved, or if the item is returned after the specified time frame. Once your return is approved, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be applied to your credit card or Paypal account.
