FAQ

Are 9006 and 9005 LED bulbs the same?

No, although the 9005 and 9006 bulbs look very similar, there are some differences in the connector and bulb chuck.
As shown in the picture
9005/HB3 chuck: Top pin is more to the left.
9006/HB4 chuck: Top pin is more to the right.
9005/HB3 connector has two lines.
9006/HB4 connector has one line.

Is a 9006 bulb high or low beam?

The 9006 LED bulb can be used as both a high beam and a low beam. It depends on the original headlight bulb type of your model. In order to be sure that you are ordering the right bulb size, be sure to follow our Vehicle Finder. You can also look at your car manual for the exact bulb size or check the model number of the original halogen bulb to be sure.
But if you have aftermarket headlight assemblies, using our Vehicle Finder will not display the right product since they are not the original headlights that came with the vehicle. You can confirm the bulb size by looking at the assembly user manual on the bulb inside the assembly.

Is a 9006 bulb dual beam?

No, the 9006 bulb has only one filament, so it is a single beam.

Which one is the brightest 9006 LED bulb?

The brightest 9006 LED bulb sold on AUIXTO's official website is the Q16 series with 20000LM/pair.

What is an LED?

An LED is a light emitting diode that is used in a variety of applications as a source of light. When a suitable voltage is applied on to the two leads of a light emitting diode, it creates an effect known as "electroluminescence" which will result in a light source that is integrated on our products
