WARRANTY

AUXITO carries a limited warranty for the original buyer. In most cases, we would not require the item returned to us as the warranty claim can be handled by photos/videos.

We pride ourselves on our ability to resolve your issue the first time around and can be reached us with email: support@auxito.com.

  • Starting from December 9, 2020 (including the day), All products have a 2-year Warranty;
  • The previous orders are guaranteed for 1 Year

This warranty applies to all products purchased directly from us (AUXITO.com.). If you purchased your product from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for any warranty-related claims through email service@auxito.com.

1. What isn't covered by the Official Warranty?
  • Purchases aren't from AUXITO.com's Official Website. If you order in other shopping platform, please contact the corresponding seller after-sales.
  • Any free product received through participation in the giveaway.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or improper use
  • Intentional modifications
  • Damage beyond the limits of normal wear and tear
  • Items not manufactured by us
  • Items not sold by us or our authorized resellers
  • Misuse or mishandling of the product
  • Theft or loss of the product
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Installation cost, labor cost, diagnostics tracking service, towing, rental car, or any other expense unrelated to the products.

2. What happens after the warranty claim is approved?
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for the warranty claim to be processed. If the warranty claim is approved, AUXITO will replace the defective product with the same product. If the defective product has been discontinued, we will replace it with a comparable product in value and performance.

3. What if I don't have any proof of purchase?
  • If you made your purchase through www.auxito.com, we could locate your order information using your email address, name, or shipping address.
  • If your product was gifted to you, please note that you will need the original order number for any warranty claims so that we can process your request.

4. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?
  • The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
  • The warranty period does not restart for products replaced under warranty.
  • AUXITO.com reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party, to modify, suspend or terminate this warranty.
