I ordered the AUXITO 194 LED Light pack on August 27th (Order #225760). The tracking status has been completely stuck on "On its way" since September 3rd with zero progress. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times to get an update and request urgent delivery, I have received no real solutions or clear answers and as of September 20th, the issue remains completely unresolved. Weeks of silence and zero accountability. Completely unacceptable service and delivery experience.
