How to distinguish between Lumens and Lux?

In the case of equal lumen value:

Low Lux: If the bulb beam is wider, the light will be more diffuse as it is thought to illuminate a wider area.

High Lux: If the beam is narrower, the illuminated area is more concentrated, so the light will be more intense. Even though the lumens don't change, the lux increase due to the reduced beam area.

If you have an H7 bulb with high lumens but low relative lux, the wider the area illuminated, the more diffuse the light will appear.
